Trezor Safe 7 Setup

Modern 20-word Backup: Uses the secure SLIP-39 standard (Shamir Backup) for enhanced recovery options.
Trezor Suite Required: Initial setup and firmware installation must be done via the official Trezor Suite app (Desktop or Mobile).
Auditable Security: Features the first auditable Secure Element, combining open-source transparency with hardware-grade protection.
Mobile Ready: Fully supports Android and iOS via USB-C for seamless on-the-go wallet management.

Initialize Device: Power on the Trezor Safe 7 and connect via Bluetooth or USB-C.
Install Firmware: Download the latest firmware (Standard or Bitcoin-only) via Trezor Suite.
Authenticity Check: Complete the Secure Element verification to ensure your device is genuine.
Create Backup: Select "Single-share Backup" (20 words) and write down each word on your physical card. Never store this digitally.
Set PIN: Choose a 4-50 digit PIN directly on the device touchscreen.
Enable Assets: Select the coins (BTC, ETH, etc.) you want to manage.

Digital Exposure: Never type your 20 recovery words into any website or app. Only enter them on the device itself.
Bluetooth Pairing: If the device isn't detected, toggle Bluetooth or "forget" the device in system settings and try again.
PIN Limit: After 10 incorrect attempts, the device will wipe itself. Ensure you have your backup before testing PINs.
Holographic Seal: If the seal was broken upon arrival, do NOT use the device and contact Trezor support.
